Growing up, I always felt drawn to the world of beauty and especially loved going to department stores to see all the different brands and products available, while watching the glamorous ladies in white coats working the counters. As I got older, I found myself gravitating to smaller gift shops on lunch breaks to sneak around the beauty corner and play with all the testers of cult products, from brands including Crabtree & Evelyn. If I had a dollar for every time I tested hand creams in these shops, I’d probably be very close to being a millionaire but alas I’m not, but I have carried that love of hand cream through to adulthood.
While Crabtree & Evelyn still have that classically simple packaging that remains quite similar to how I remember it, the brand have since released many new products to totally transform your mind, body and spirit, by pairing beautiful scents with effective products that I want to share with you all.
Rosewater & Pink Peppercorn is such a gorgeous range, and my personal favourite – and I have to say, it certainly doesn’t hurt that it’s bang on trend with its #millennialpink packaging. With products including Hydrating Body Gel, Hydrating Soap and Hydrating Hand Therapy, the delicate scent is intoxicating and the unique formulas leave skin feeling super soft and dewy, without the tackiness or greasiness other products may leave behind.
For something a little different, the Lavender & Espresso range combines the relaxing qualities of lavender with the glorious scent of coffee beans, and by now we are all well aware of the benefits of coffee when applied to the skin, but if you’re not – coffee beans are loaded with antioxidants and magnesium, and work hard to smooth the appearance of dark spots, blemishes and scars, especially when used over periods of time. Try the Lavender & Espresso Calming Hand Wash and Lavender & Espresso Calming Body Wash to add a little luxury to the small things in life.
With many more products available – think exfoliators, haircare, candles and fragrances, and even tea – your home can smell as good as you do!
